Wild ARMS 3 Help. Looks great, but fps is awful
Hello everybody! I was wondering if someone could give me some insight to some settings that would help Wild ARMS 3 run like it's supposed to. Tried both pcsx2 1.4 and 1.2(both downloaded from the pcsx2 site). Running WA3 as an ISO.

My specs: Processor: Intel i7-4720HQ @ 2.60GHz
Wild Arms 2 Rom
RAM: 16GB
64 bit
GPU: NVidia GEForce GTX 980M
I thought I would have enough power to both have it be graphically nice and run at a decent speed, but it hasn't been the case for this game. I've googled for different settings for WA3 and have tried each of them to no avail. I've had the game run at 60fps on my old laptop, and I've tried to copy over those settings as well to my new one and it isn't doing anything.
Any settings help would be much appreciated.
